How to treat heat stress in pigs and what systems are there?
Heat stress influences the wellbeing of pigs and can cause trouble for the next cycle as well. There are different systems to create a better climate for the pigs and to reduce heat stress.
Josine Gelauf is a veterinarian based in The Netherlands. Together with Iris Hofman, audiovisual editor of Pig Progress, she visits the pig farm of the faculty of Veterinarian medicine in Utrecht.
